底下是1997年，愛德格第一次使用網路購物時，向Amazon購買的清單，大多都屬於年鑑類別，其中多數已經不易買到，頂多能找到二手書，其中幾本在這幾年都贏得個人的青睞，進而持續收藏至今，而幾本則因為並未在發行，所以沒機會再次購買，但這幾本對作者來說助益頗大，也因此了解網路無遠弗屆的力量。
